Terms of service

1. Who we are
LeanBrew is provided by RG-IT, a company registered in the Netherlands:
RG-IT B.V. · Vlotstraat 20, 6417 CB Heerlen, the Netherlands · KvK 51460602 · VAT NL850028954B01 · hello@leanbrew.app
These terms apply to every use of LeanBrew. We declare them applicable and make them available before you sign up; you can save or print this page. The data processing agreement and privacy policy are part of these terms.
2. For businesses only
LeanBrew is offered to businesses and organisations. By creating an account you confirm that you act for your business or organisation and not as a consumer.
3. Accounts, trial and guests
- New hosts get a free trial with all features for the period shown on the pricing page. No payment details are needed for the trial and nothing is charged during it.
- After the trial, hosting meetings requires a paid subscription. Your meetings and minutes stay readable; people you invite never pay.
- You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password safe, and for the people you invite. Anyone with a meeting link can view and join that meeting — only share links with people who may see the content.
4. Prices, payment and renewal
- Pro costs €9 per host per month or €90 per host per year, excluding VAT, billed in advance through our payment provider Stripe.
- If you subscribe during your trial, the first payment is taken when the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period. You can cancel at any time in your account; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We don't refund partial periods.
- If a payment fails, we may pause hosting until it's resolved. Your data is not deleted because of a failed payment.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. New prices apply from your next billing period; you can cancel before then.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use LeanBrew for anything unlawful, to harass others, to share malware or spam, to infringe others' rights, or to try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do, after warning you where reasonable.
6. Your content and our role
- Everything you and your participants put into LeanBrew (topics, votes, notes, actions, names) remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.
- For that content you are the controller and we are the processor under the GDPR; the data processing agreement applies.
- You can export minutes and actions at any time (PDF, Markdown, CSV). Switching away is free.
7. Integrations
If you connect Slack or another third-party service, you instruct us to send meeting information (such as the meeting name, planned time and a link) to that service. Its own terms apply to that service.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep LeanBrew available and working well, but we provide it on a best-effort basis without a guaranteed uptime. We may carry out maintenance and improve or change features. Support is by email at hello@leanbrew.app.
9. Liability
We are only liable for direct damage caused by an attributable failure on our side, up to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost profit, lost savings or reputational damage. These limits don't apply to damage caused by our intent or deliberate recklessness. We are not liable for force majeure, including outages of our hosting, database or payment providers.
10. Ending
You can stop at any time: cancel your subscription and delete your meetings, or ask us to delete your account. We may end an account for serious breach of these terms, or stop the service with at least 60 days' notice. After an account ends, we delete its content within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law (such as invoices).
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We announce material changes at least 30 days in advance by email. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
12. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands in the district where we are established.
